For Memories that are Set in Stone
Would you like to have your family name memorialized at our parish? Do you Wish to honor a family member or friend? Have a brick engraved with personalized information and take this opportunity to contribute to our church. These commemorative bricks will be placed in our new church plaza around the fountain.
Each brick costs $100 for up to three lines of 15 characters each. To complete your commemorative brick dedication, please download and fill out an order form. We are able to accept payment by cash, check, electronic fund transfer or credit card.
Please print clearly using one box per character. Note that spaces count as characters.
Completed form can be dropped off or mailed to the parish office, or placed in the collection basket. Please mark “bricks ” on your envelope and enclose this form with your donation. Thank You
